Do Not Grow Weary Meditation

The trials of life can weigh us down and tempt us to give up on the promises of God. As we meditate by speaking these verses and responses out loud, our minds will be encouraged to keep our faith growing and working to bring forth the will of God in our lives! There is an instrumental worship link at the bottom to use with your meditation. You can print out this mediation below as well.

Galatians 6:9 – “Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in.”
I refuse to grow weary in well doing for in due season, at the appointed time, I WILL reap if I do not give up.

2 Chronicles 15:7 – “But as for you, be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work.”
I take courage and I do not allow my heart to grow weak. I strongly grasp Your words, and my work WILL be rewarded. I must believe that You exist Father and that You are my rewarder as I diligently seek You.

2 Corinthians 4:18 – “So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now, rather we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
I don’t go by what I see or feel, for what is seen is temporary and is subject to change. I am keeping my eyes on Your Word which is unseen and lasts forever.

Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things which He has called me to do through Him who strengthens and empowers me to fulfill His purpose. I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency. I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.”
I can do all things through You, Jesus, who gives me strength. You are strengthening me. You are giving me the ability to stand firm in Your Word. No Word from You is impossible of fulfillment.

Luke 12:32 – “Do not be afraid little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”
You are a good, good Father. You never change. You are no respecter of persons. You are not withholding any good thing from me. I refuse to get discouraged. I refuse to give up!

Isaiah 43:2 – “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.”
As I pass through these waters, I will not be consumed by this trial. You are with me, and You are leading me THROUGH this valley.

2 Corinthians 4:16 – “Therefore, we do not become discouraged (spiritless, disappointed, or afraid). Though our outerself is progressively decaying, our inner self is being progressively renewed day by day.”
I do not lose heart. Though my outer self is facing difficulty, my inner man is being renewed and getting stronger each and every day. I am being transformed in my mind and my body.

Josuah 1:9 – “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
Father, I listen to your commandment to be strong and courageous. I do not allow my heart to be afraid or agitated. I refuse to be denied. I continue to keep running to my promises.

Philippians 1:6 – “And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus.”
Thank You, Father. You have begun a good work in me, and You are faithful to finish what you have started. Jesus, You are the author of my faith and you promise to perfect it. You are working in me to will and to do Your good pleasure.

1 Peter 5:10 – “And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in His eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever.”
You are turning this trial for my good by restoring me and making me stronger than before. What I am facing now cannot be compared to Your glory that will be revealed in me!

Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
As I wait for You, You are renewing my strength. I am soaring on wings like an eagle, rising higher and higher to the sun. My path is growing brighter and brighter unto the perfect day and the appointed time of my manifested victory!

James 1:4 – “And let patience have her perfect work; that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.”
I am letting perseverance have her perfect work so that I may be complete, with nothing missing and nothing lacking. I will always pray and never give up!

Jeremiah 1:12 – “Then the LORD said to me, ‘you have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that My Word is fulfilled.”
You are watching over Your Word to perform it in my life. You are not a man that You should lie. If You said it Father, You will make it good!

Isaiah 55:11 – “So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth. It shall not return to me void (useless, without result), without accomplishing what pleases Me and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.”
Your Word is alive and working. No matter what I see or feel, I believe it IS accomplishing Your good thoughts and plans for me.

Hebrews 10:23 – “Let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful to His Word.”
So I hold fast to my confession of Your Word without doubting. Father, you made the promise and You are faithful to Your Word. You will perform Your Words in my life.
