The Bible says God’s Word is life and health (medicine) to all our flesh. God’s medicine is free and has no harmful side effects! Speak this meditation out loud slowly and consider deeply each word. Imagine God’s medicine permeating every cell of your body. There is an instrumental below to use with this meditation, as well as a link at the bottom of this page if you would like to print it out. I’ve included extra verses and affirmations if you would like to do this meditation in parts.
***Please understand I am not suggesting that you go off your natural medicine. God uses doctors and natural medicine! Wait for God and your doctor to confirm you no longer need your medicine.
Isaiah 53:4 – “It was our sicknesses that He Himself bore, and our pains that He carried. Yet we ourselves assumed that He had been afflicted, struck down by God, and humiliated.”
Thank You, Jesus, for bearing my sickness and my pains in Your own body. You became every sickness and pain that I can experience on this earth. Sickness and pain have no power over me. I do not allow sickness to rule in my body!
Matthew 8:16-17 – “…and He cast out the spirits with a word and healed ALL who were sick that it might be fulfilled by the prophet Isaiah saying: ‘He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.'”
Jesus, you never turned away anyone who needed healing, and that includes me. You took my infirmities and became my curse of sickness. What You bore, I refuse to tolerate. You have redeemed me from every curse of the law.
Luke 10:9 – “Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.'”
Thank You, Father. It is Your good pleasure to give me the good things of Your kingdom. I believe You are releasing healing power right now into my mind and body.
Jeremiah 33:6 – “Behold, I will bring it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth.” Thank you, Jehovah Rapha, for releasing your healing power into my mind and body. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for guiding me into peace and all truth. Your truth is setting me free from sickness!
Isaiah 54:17 – “No weapon formed against me shall prosper…“
Sickness, you CANNOT prosper against me. You are a defeated foe! God’s medicine is bringing me health, wholeness, restoration, and reversing all damages in my mind and body.
Psalm 103:2 – “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.”
I bless You, Lord with all my soul. With all that is within me, I bless Your holy name! I remind myself everyday of Your benefits. You forgive ALL my sins and heal ALL my diseases. I take possession of my healing! It is my time to thrive and not just survive. It is my time to live in health!
Psalm 9:3 – “When my enemies turn back, they shall fall and perish at Your presence. For You have maintained my right and my cause…”
These symptoms ARE turning back. You ARE falling and perishing at the presence of Jesus, My Healer. Father, You are upholding my RIGHT to healing. I take my healing! I take it! I take it! I take it!
Ezekiel 47:9 – “Wherever the river flows, there will be swarms of living creatures and a great number of fish, because it flows there and makes the waters fresh; so wherever the river flows, everything will live.”
Rivers of living water, flow in me now. God, I believe Your living waters are spilling out from my spirit and saturating every part of my body. Your healing waters of LIFE are coursing through my veins, driving out every sickness, disease, toxin, and spirit of infirmity.
Exodus 15:26 – “He said, ‘If you listen carefully to the LORD your God and do what is right in His eyes, if you pay attention to His commands and keep all His decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD who heals you.”
LORD God, You are Jehovah Rapha, the LORD, my Physician. You are the HEALER of every sickness. You are not the author of the sickness that is attacking my body.
Proverbs 4:20-22 – My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to My words. Do not let them depart from your eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them and health to ALL their flesh.”
Father, I am paying attention to your words. I am listening with my ears as I speak Your words. I am keeping them before my eyes. I am keeping them alive and growing within my heart. You are making your words come alive to me. They are bringing LIFE and HEALTH to my WHOLE body. I take Your medicine, Father! I take Your Life, Jesus! I take Your healing power, Holy Spirit!
Galatians 6:7 – “Be not deceived; God is not mocked; whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap.”
Father, I am sowing Your words of healing into my heart; therefore, I am reaping a harvest of healing in my mind and body. Your Word is bringing forth healing as I declare it out of my mouth!
Isaiah 55:11 – “My Word shall not return to me void of power. It shall accomplish the thing for which I sent it, and it shall succeed in the thing for which it was sent.”
I thank You, Father that when I return Your words of healing to You, they do not return powerless. They ARE accomplishing what You sent them to accomplish and they are succeeding in Your purpose of healing me.
PART 2 – SPEAK TO YOUR MIND AND BODY
Mark 11:23 – “Truly I say to you, whoever SAYS to this mountain, ‘be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but BELIEVES THAT WHAT HE SAYS WILL COME TO PASS, it WILL be done for him.”
SPEAK TO YOUR MIND
*Mind, come into agreement with the words my of My God.
*Come into agreement with the Mind of Christ. I have the mind of Christ.
*Mind, you think clearly, hear clearly, and recall clearly and quickly. I will never lose my mind!
*Mental illness, go now in Jesus’ name. Every scattered piece of my mind, be made whole again!
*I speak healing and restoration for every path of pain I am walking on.
*Heart, I do not allow you to be troubled or afraid. I will not fear; God is near!
SPEAK TO YOUR BODY
*Body, you come in line with the word of God.
*Sickness I am free from you. Jesus has rescued and redeemed me from the curse so get out of my body!
*Symptoms, leave my body now! Get out! Get out! Get out! You cannot stay in my body!
*I submit to You God, and I resist sickness and pain. I command sickness to cease in its operation against me!
*My body is the temple of the living God. My body is a part of the body of Christ; therefore sickness, you are an illegal intruder! You cannot prosper against me!
*Body, respond to the healing words of God…respond to God’s river of LIFE flowing into every system, organ, cell and tissue of my body bringing healing, restoration, and a reversal of all damages.
*Sickness in all its forms, leave my body now! (Call out your symptoms one by one and command them to go in Jesus’ name!)
*Body, receive the life, health, wholeness and the medicine of God from the top of my head to the soles of my feet!
*Tell your body what it needs to do!
(“Blood pressure, you be normal.” “Heart, you pump and flow now as intended.” immune system, you be strong and fight off germs,” etc.)
Praise you Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit!

I AM HEALED!!
Closing Prayer:
Father God,
I come to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. I present my mind and my body before You as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You. I declare that You are the Lord who heals me, and there is no sickness, torment, or weakness that can stand against Your power.
Right now, I receive Your healing virtue. I open my heart, my mind, my nervous system, my organs, my cells, and my emotions to the life of God. Let the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead quicken my mortal body and bring divine order where there has been disorder.
I speak to my mind: Be renewed. Be restored. Be flooded with the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. I reject confusion, heaviness, fear, anxiety, oppression, and mental torment. I take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and I declare that my mind is sound, clear, and anchored in truth.
I speak to my body: Come into alignment with the Word of God. Every system function as designed by the Creator. Every cell respond to the life of God. Every trace of sickness, inflammation, pain, weakness, or malfunction must leave now under the authority of Jesus’ name.
By the wounds of Jesus, healing has been provided, and I receive what has already been given. I do not strive for it—I receive it by faith. I declare restoration, strength, and wholeness flowing through me now like a river of living water.
Holy Spirit, saturate me. Drive out everything that does not belong. Fill every empty place with Your presence, Your power, and Your peace. I declare that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and no other influence has permission to remain.
I thank You, Lord, that healing is at work even now—seen and unseen. I stand on Your Word, I trust Your faithfulness, and I give You praise in advance for complete restoration.
